Please read through Marey London’s terms and conditions before placing your order. By making a purchase on this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in place. If you have any enquiries before making a purchase, please contact our Internet Shopping Assistant at email@example.com so we can assist further. If you do not agree with the terms or modifications please exit the Marey London website now and do not purchase Marey London products offered for sale on the website.
PAYMENT & PRICING
All prices are inclusive of VAT, displayed at checkout. They are correct at the time of entering the information into the system. We reserve the right to change the prices of goods at any time. Prices charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card Company. International customers will also be liable for any customs or import duty charges that may be applied. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation, and no order will be processed before this has taken place. Customers will be notified immediately if payments are not authorised. Please note that we require a valid telephone number and e-mail address when orders are being placed. Failure to provide these may result in the order being cancelled. Once orders have been placed they cannot be modified in any way. Any cancellations required must be confirmed by email immediately after the order has been placed. To exercise cancellations please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your email, order number and contact number with country code. Please have relevant information on standby as we may need to verify before making changes.
If you are shopping from North America or any where else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or to your own currency.
We make every effort to ensure that our products are displayed accurately on our website. However, please note that colours may vary slightly depending upon the quality of your computer monitor, settings or resolution, raw material's natural tone. Please contact us if you have any sizing queries. We make every effort to ensure that all product information is accurate and up to date, but reserve the right to refuse an order where product information, including prices, have been entered incorrectly. All goods on our website are subject to availability. If an item ordered has sold out, you will be immediately notified and refunded in full. You may also email us at email@example.com with product name or product number should you wish to be contacted if item appears sold out on our website. Our customer service team will be able to assist further. However, orders are processed in a first come first serve basis.
RESERVING ITEMSPlease note that reserving our pre-order items does not guarantee purchase. Orders will be processed on a first come, first served basis. Due to limited stock and high demand for these clutch bags, handbags and accessories, Marey London is unable to accept responsibility for items selling out before all reservations are confirmed. Please see Pre-ordered Products.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Marey London will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of order acceptance, subject to availability. All goods will be delivered by our designated courier service. Once the courier has collected the item we cannot guarantee any delivery dates. UK deliveries takes 2-4 working days. Oversea shipment takes up to 7-21 working days. Please note, orders placed on Friday to Sunday will be shipped on Monday. When ordering exotic skin products please allow up to 6 weeks for customs clearance (for delivery outside EU). You may be subject to additional custom charges and taxes.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or deliver items due to events outside our control. An "Event Outside Our Control" means any act or event beyond the Company's reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
The website does not contain every product.
EXOTIC MATERIAL PRODUCTS
The exotic material bags are made from exotic animals that die from natural causes. None of these animals are badly treated or killed unlawfully.
The prices of the products are indicated on the website in GBP (Great British Pound) and are inclusive of all applicable charges and taxes. Delivery cost shall be added to the price of the items and are indicated separately on the order form.
MADE-TO-ORDER & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
The product can not be returned or re-funded. Customer is to be aware of images on website not correspond to reality. We advise to contact our Internet Shopping Assistant to assist further.
PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTSBy pre-ordering products, you are authorising Marey London to automatically charge you prior to the time/date the item(s) become available. You may cancel your pre-order anytime prior to the published or announced time the item becomes available as set in refund policy.
Marey London seeks the complete satisfaction of its customers. The customer has the right to return the product for repairs up to 1 year (365 days) after purchase. Customer will only pay for delivery charges and/or custom charges if outside EU.
From September 1st 2015, Marey London will be able to accept refund and exchanges on products that are not made-to-order, personalised or customised.
We accept the return of unused products items subject to the following;
- Item must be in the original unused condition and sent in their full original packaging with swing tag(s) attached.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product, based within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order as stated in Distance Selling Regulations, provided you give us a written notice (via email) of your cancellation within 7-14 days from the day after you receive the order.
Marey London is unfortunately not able to cover return postage costs.
Please note that if you are returning an item from US, Canada, Australia, there will be a return fee of £15.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For image request and press loans please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and write "Press Loan Application" in the subject.
Allow enough time to ensure we can grant your request. For example, 3-7 days for product use in the UK. We are always happy to showcase our products and samples to Press bodies and Buyers. If you have time, why not book an appointment with us.
VIRTUAL GIFT CARDSOur Virtual Gift Cards can be used at our pop-up shops/ event and online store. The Virtual Gift cards are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer buying the gift card to ensure that the recipient’s email address is correct – Marey London will not be held responsible for any cards sent to an incorrect email address. Once the card has been sent, it becomes the property of the recipient.
Marey London may change or update all policies periodically. Please read the Marey London website carefully. We understand the importance of protecting the personal data of our customers as well as financial information. For this reason Marey London has adopted specific policies to protect your personal data. Personal and financial information is kept strictly private and confidential.
